Faire intervenir un professionnel pour le diagnostic. Le diagnostic comprend les vérifications suivantes (à réaliser dans l'ordre) : Contrôler la combinaison inappropriée de l'unité intérieure et de l'unité extérieure (voir le tableau de combinaison dans le manuel de données), Exécuter un contrôle de l'alimentation électrique, des connexions et du câblage entre l'unité extérieure, l'unité intérieure et le ballon d'eau chaude sanitaire (séparé) (s'il y a lieu), Exécuter un contrôle de la CCI principale, Exécuter un contrôle de la PCA hydro.
